Economy Concrete
Economy Concrete purchased a new 37X-4R mounted on a Freightliner and a 42X-5RZ mounted on a Western Star chassis. We opted for the conventional cab instead of the cab over as it provides our operators with a better ride, and more cab space. These trucks are a dream to drive! The 37 meter 4-section allows us to reach inside a building for placing slabs as far as our Z boom does. The third section folds to 270 degrees enabling to over head inside buildings through overhead doors. The finishers love us. With the commercial work in our area, and larger homes being built, we also require a longer reach pump. The 42 meter 5-section meets all of our needs and then some. Customers have told us that our competitors 45 meter pump will not reach what our 42 meter DY does. The customer is always right! We took delivery of these two pumps in August. The trucks and pumps were spec'd by talking to DY's experienced staff on what our requirements were. The rest was easy. They put everything together for us and even helped with financing. We have been dealing with the guys at DY for about 4 years and can honestly say they know their stuff, and we will continue to deal with them for years to come.
